Webmaster's Report - 2011

First annual Princeton1969.org Webmaster Report, Nov. 12, 2011

Accomplishments:

• Given the go-ahead to work with Reunion Technologies to upgrade our site November, 2010
• Went "live" in January
• Established customized page layouts and menus for ease of site navigation
  
• Vastly improved photo archive contents and presentation
• Introduced Brooke Stoddard's "Catching Up With..." feature
  
• Collaborated with the CSF for greater website presence and coordination
• Enabled online Dues payment and Event registration
• Created Class Memorials page in tribute to our deceased classmates
• Provided a central source for all Class-related actions, including dues payment; event registration; CSF, Annual Giving, and Class Scholarship Fund announcements, contributions and progress reporting; President's Letter; PAW notes; Classmate blogs
• Provided a location-based search function
• Achieved over 170 classmate site login registration (172 as of Nov. 5)
  
• ... and we're just getting started!

Goals for 2012:

• Fill in missing Reunions photo albums and especially photos from our undergraduate days
• Re-invigorate the '69 Emporium with new class-related merchandise
• Begin preparation for our 45th reunion, especially familiarization with the site's Major Events tools
• Establish email lists for the convenience of our Regional VPs
• Create a "Favorite Music from our Undergraduate Years" page with playable MP3s
  
• Fill in missing memorials -- a long-term process to be completed by our 45th
• Work with Reunions Technologies to make back-end accounting functions more useful for Class financial reporting.
